摘要
基于兴无煤矿H4201进风顺槽在掘进期间出现应力破碎现象,导致围岩出现应力显现,主要表现为顶板下沉、破碎,迎头煤壁片帮及顶板与帮部肩角煤柱垮落等,不仅影响巷道掘进成型率,加大支护难度,而且很容易发生顶板大面积垮落事故,兴无煤矿通过技术研究,根据原巷道支护现状,分析了原支护主要存在的问题,并根据实际情况提出了超前管棚支护。通过实际应用效果来看,超前管棚支护可对工作面迎头煤体形成超前组合梁,加固超前应力区围岩整体稳定性,取得显著应用成效。
Based on the stress crushing phenomenon in the H4201 inlet wind chute of Xingwu coal mine during excavation, which leads to stress appearing in the surrounding rock, mainly manifesting as sinking of the roof plate, crushing, slice gang of the headwall and collapse of the roof plate and shoulder corner of the gang, etc., which not only affects the shaping rate of the roadway excavation and increases the difficulty of support, but also makes it easy for a large area of the roof plate to collapse. The actual situation is that the main problems of the original support are analyzed, and according to the actual situation, the over-the-top tube shed support is proposed. Through the practical application effect, the over-front pipe shed support can form over-front combination beam to the coal body at the head of the working face and strengthen the overall stability of the surrounding rock in the over-front stress area, which has achieved significant application effect.
