摘要
基于山西某矿3102工作面顶板垮落现象严重、顶板管理难度大的问题,采用增加其液压支架的前探梁支护设计。该方案通过前探梁顶在煤壁上与液压支架起到共同支撑的效果,加大液压支架对顶板的控制范围。经过后续实际生产过程中的分析应用表明,前探梁支护效果显著,有效解决了实际生产中遇到的问题,为各煤矿此类情况的处理提供了宝贵的经验。
Based on the problem of serious roof collapse phenomenon and difficult roof management in 3102 working face of a mine in Shanxi, the design of front probe beam support for increasing its hydraulic bracket is adopted. Through the front probe beam to support the roof plate, the top on the coal wall and the hydraulic bracket play a common support effect, increase the hydraulic bracket to control the roof plate range. After subsequent analysis and application in the actual production process, it shows that the effect of the front probe beam support is remarkable, which effectively solves the problems encountered in actual production and provides valuable experience for the handling of such situations in various coal mines.
