基于有限元法的采煤机摇臂受力分析及结构优化

摘要 以MG200型采煤机摇臂为研究对象,基于Pro/E和Ansys软件建立了采煤机摇臂的受力模型,研究了摇臂与水平面之间夹角θ分别呈-20°、0°、20°和55°时的受力情况。结果表明,当θ为55°时摇臂外壳出现了明显的应力集中现象,最大应力为155.6 MPa,超过了材料的许用应力138 MPa。以应力集中区域的壁厚、箱体厚和筋板高度为优化对象,利用Ansys软件开展优化改进工作。将优化后的摇臂应用到采煤机中,经现场使用发现效果良好,使用寿命可提升15%以上。 The force model of the rocker arm of MG200 coal mining machine was established based on Pro/E and Ansys software, and the force conditions when the angle θ between the rocker arm and the horizontal surface was-20°, 0°, 20° and 55° were studied. The results showed that the rocker arm shell showed a significant stress concentration at θ 55°, with a maximum stress of 155.6 MPa,exceeding the allowable material stress of 138 MPa. The optimised rocker arm was applied to the coal mining machine and was found to be effective in field use, with an increase in service life of more than 15%.
