矿井安全高效过断层技术的实践研究

摘要 引起巷道失稳变化的最主要原因是断层破裂带,当工作面遇见落差较大的断层时,会严重影响采煤工作面的安全生产和工作效益。以某矿某煤层巷道掘进面为研究对象,全面认识和研究了巷道过断层的快速挖掘技术和锚杆索联合支撑技术。引入联合支护与注浆加固等技术,经过多次分析研究,并对巷道表面施工区域进行检测,最后得出结论:当穿过断层的一定距离时,巷道整体收缩性能显著增强,变形能力也趋于稳定,巷道加固工作获得了较良好的效果。 The most important cause of destabilizing changes in the roadway is the fault rupture zone, which can seriously affect the safe production and working efficiency of coal mining workings when the working face meets a fault with a large drop. Using a coal seam roadway excavation face in a mine as the main research background, a comprehensive understanding and study of the rapid excavation technology and anchor rod and cable joint support technology for roadway over fault is conducted. Techniques such as joint support and slurry reinforcement were introduced. After several analyses and studies and testing of the construction area of the roadway surface, it was finally concluded that the overall contraction performance of the roadway was significantly enhanced and the deformation capacity was stabilised when a certain distance of the fault was crossed, and the roadway reinforcement was better controlled.
