摘要
大型火力发电机组附属低压设备种类较多,其控制方式多采用直流控制,然而在实际工作中由于受到各方面条件的制约,导致出现电动机负荷控制电缆长的现象。基于此,工程技术人员在实际工作中应特别注意其压降、分布电容、交流电源对控制回路的干扰,通过对长距离控制电缆电动机自启动故障进行分析,并针对其存在隐患提出了可靠的解决方案,彻底排除了设备隐患。
There are many types of low-voltage equipment attached to large thermal power generating units, and their control methods are mostly DC control, however, in actual work, due to the constraints of various conditions, resulting in the phenomenon of long motor load control cables. Based on this, engineers and technicians should pay special attention to its voltage drop, distributed capacitance, AC power supply interference to the control circuit in practice, by analyzing the long distance control cable motor self-start fault, and put forward a reliable solution for its hidden problems, completely eliminating the hidden problems of the equipment.
