摘要 针对国内煤矿主运输系统工作人员紧缺、机器能耗高、智能化自动化程度低等现状,以山西某矿主运输系统为研究对象,对主运输系统集中控制改造方案进行介绍,并对其带来的节能方面的效益进行了研究。对该矿主运输系统集中控制改造后,可实现一个地点集中和就地控制皮带运输机及给煤机等设备,实现皮带运输机一键启停,减少了井下作业人数,提高了工作效率,应用效果良好,符合煤矿智能化的发展趋势。 In view of the current situation of domestic coal mine main transport system with the characteristics of staff shortage, high energy consumption of machines and low degree of intelligent automation, the main transport system of a mine is transformed as a research object,and the centralized control transformation program of the change system is introduced, the effect of the saving-consenation was analyzed.After the transformation of the centralised control of the main transport system of the mine, it realises centralised and local control of belt conveyors and coal feeders and other equipment in one location, realises one key to start and stop the belt conveyors, reduces the number of people working underground, improves the working efficiency, and has good application effect, which is in line with the development trend of coal mine intelligence.
