摘要
针对目前带式输送机运行控制系统能耗高、调速性能差、功率不平衡的突出难题,提出了一种新的带式输送机节能系统。以变频调速系统为核心,结合CST驱动控制及功率平衡控制,实现了对带式输送机运行状态的灵活调整。根据实际应用表明,该节能系统能够将输送机运行时的能耗降低11.4%,消除输送机运行过程中功率不平衡的现象,优化调速性能,对提升输送机系统的运行稳定性和可靠性具有十分重要的意义。
A new energy-saving system for belt conveyors is proposed for the current difficult problems of high energy consumption, poor speed regulation performance and outstanding power imbalance of the belt conveyor system operation control system. With the frequency conversion speed control system as the core, combined with CST drive control and power balance control, the flexible adjustment of the belt conveyor operation status is realized. According to the practical application, this conveyor energy saving system can reduce the energy consumption of the conveyor operation by 11.4%, eliminate the power imbalance phenomenon during the conveyor operation, optimize the speed regulation performance, which is very important to improve the operation stability and reliability of the conveyor system.
