摘要
随着选煤厂洗选原煤煤质出现变化,浮选系统原采用的Jameson浮选机难以满足浮选要求,存在不同程度的浮选尾矿“跑煤”、尾矿中灰分含量低等问题。基于此,依据选煤厂浮选系统实际情况,对浮选系统进行改造优化。采用XJM-KS20浮选机对Jameson浮选机浮选尾矿进行二次浮选,实现尾矿中粗颗粒精煤回收。经现场应用后,浮选精煤产率提高约3.14%,年可多回收精煤约18.20万t,取得较好效果。
With the changes in the coal quality of the raw coal washed in the coal preparation plant, the original Jameson flotation machine used in the flotation system can hardly meet the flotation requirements, and there are different degrees of problems such as "running coal" in the flotation tailings and low ash content in the tailings. Based on this, the flotation system was modified and optimised based on the actual situation of the flotation system in the coal processing plant. The XJM-KS20 flotation machine was used to carry out secondary flotation of the flotation tailings from the Jameson flotation machine to achieve the recovery of coarse-grained coal concentrate from the tailings. After the field application, the flotation concentrate yield increased by about 3.14%, and about 180.2 million t of additional coal concentrate could be recovered annually, and the flotation modification achieved better results.
