摘要
结合某煤矿中现有的矿用提升机控制系统的特点,从主控分系统、调速分系统及上位机分系统三方面开展了基于PLC的矿用提升机控制系统的总体设计及应用。实践应用表明,该系统的可靠性和稳定性较高,有效提高了提升机的作业效率及综合性能。
Combining the characteristics of the existing mine hoist control system in a coal mine, the overall design and application of the PLC-based mine hoist control system is carried out from three aspects, including the main control sub-system, the speed control sub-system and the upper computer sub-system, to verify the reliability and stability of the system, which has high operational efficiency and comprehensive performance of the hoist.
