摘要
为解决矿井巷道采掘和装载过程已经基本实现机械化,而搭建钢拱支架或者锚固支架的问题仍然较为突出的问题,设计开发了机械化支护系统,该系统可以解决临时机械化隧道支架以及模块化安装和运输等问题。该系统与矿井工作面其他设备一起形成了整体掘进、装车和支护一体的机械化系统,提升了井下作业的自动化水平。
At present, the extraction and loading process has been largely mechanized, while the problem of erecting steel arch supports or anchor supports is still more prominent. To solve this problem, a mechanised support system has been designed and developed, which solves the problems of temporary mechanised tunnel supports as well as modular installation and transportation. Together with other equipment at the mine working face, the system forms an integrated mechanised system for overall tunneling, loading and support, which enhances the automation of underground operations.
