摘要 为提高矿井巷道掘进效率,提出新的智能化高速掘进技术。应用该技术后,巷道掘进效率提升了31.6%,巷道顶板下沉量减小了71.5%,巷道帮部位移量缩小了83.3%,取得较好的应用效果。 In order to improve the efficiency of mine roadway digging, the roadway digging process was analyzed, factors affecting the efficiency of roadway digging were identified, and a new intelligent high-speed digging technology was obtained by comprehensively optimizing the roadway digging scheme, construction process and support scheme, after applying this technology, the roadway digging efficiency was increased by 31.6%, the sinking of the roadway roof was reduced by 71.5%, and the displacement of the roadway gang part was reduced by 83.3%. The application of this technology has improved the efficiency of roadway boring by 31.6%, reduced the amount of sinking of the roadway roof by 71.5% and reduced the amount of displacement of the roadway gang by 83.3%.
