摘要
在数控加工的日常教学过程中,经常遇到学生在加工工件时发生振刀现象,不仅导致工件的几何形状偏差和尺寸精度降低,而且在已加工表面上留下振纹,降低了表面光洁度,振刀严重时还会发生较大噪声,降低加工效率。基于此,结合教学实际,针对数控加工过程中振刀现象的产生原因进行分析,并提出相应的措施,为解决数控机床加工过程中振刀现象提供参考。
In the daily teaching process of CNC machining, students often encounter the phenomenon of tool vibration when machining workpieces, which leads to the deviation of geometry and dimensional accuracy of workpieces, and also leaves vibration patterns on the machined surface, reducing the surface finish, and makes a large noise when the vibration occurs seriously, reducing the machining efficiency. Based on this, combined with the actual teaching, the causes of the vibration of the knife phenomenon in the process of CNC machining are analyzed, and the corresponding measures are proposed to provide reference for solving the vibration of the knife phenomenon in the process of CNC machine tool machining.
