摘要
为解决换热器管束在实际应用中腐蚀严重导致设备使用性能降低的问题,在对换热器管束腐蚀及其防护机理研究的基础上,通过制定检测方案对已腐蚀的换热器管束的外观和SEM、EDS进行检测,充分掌握换热器管束发生腐蚀的主要原因;基于上述检测结果,通过在换热器管束表面电镀Ni-P合金和将软化处理后的地下水更换为循环冷却水的方式达到防腐目的。
In order to solve the problem of serious corrosion of heat exchanger bundles in practical applications, which leads to the reduction of equipment performance, on the basis of the study of heat exchanger bundle corrosion and its protection mechanism, the appearance of corroded heat exchanger bundles and SEM and EDS observations were carried out through the development of testing programs to fully grasp the main causes of corrosion of heat exchanger bundles. On the basis of the above tests, the purpose of corrosion prevention was achieved by plating NI-P alloy on the surface of the heat exchanger bundle and replacing the softened groundwater with circulating cooling water.
