介绍云南天冶化工有限公司烧碱装置生产过程中实施的升级改造。包括:电解槽防氯气倒串,延长整合树脂塔再生周期,优化节能利用,氯压机自动控制等。改造后,减少岗位操作人员35人,实现高产稳产、减排降耗的目标。

This paper introduces the upgrade of caustic soda plant in Yunnan Tianye Chemical Co.Ltd.The upgrade includes:preventing chlorine gas from flowing backward to the electrolytic cells,extending the regeneration cycle of chelating resin towers,optimizing energy conservation,automatic control of chlorine press,etc.Affer the upgrade was conducted 35 post operators will be reduced,and the goals of high and stable yield,reduction in emission and consumption were achieved.
