分析离子膜电解槽单元槽阳极进料管堵塞的原因,提出相关解决措施:更换管道橡胶垫片或衬胶,更换螯合树脂及其氯化物捕集系统,氧化去除盐水系统掺混的有机物。

The causes of blockage of anode feed pipes of ionic membrane electrolyzers were analyzed.The solutions were put forward:replacement of rubber gasket or rubber lining of the pipes,replacement of chelating resin and its chloride capture system,and oxidization and removal of the organics mixed in the brine system.
