The characteristics of liquid chlorine are analyzed.Starting with the building structure,fire protection system,electrical system and chlorine absorption system,the airtight transformation of liquid chlorine tank car flling area is introduced.After the transformation is finished,the safety risk in the process of liquid chlorine flling is reduced and the intrinsic safety level of lliquid chlorine tank car filling operation is improved.
