Exploration of the Supply Side Reform of Professional Group Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industrial Upgrading

高职教育是面向行业发展和产业发展、经济发展的类型教育,它们之间存在着天然供需关系。经济发展促使产业结构发生变革,向集群化发展,牵引着高职院校的高质量专业群建设的供给侧改革。产教融合是促进高质量专业群建设的最佳抓手,在学校和企业之间寻求利益切合点达成共赢,形成专业群建设的突破口。文章分析高职专业群建设的需求侧和供给侧条件,在供给侧寻求变革,实现需求牵引供给,供给创造需求的更高水平的动态平衡。

Higher vocational education is a type of education oriented to industrial development, industrial development and economic development. There is a natural relationship between supply and demand between them. Economic development promotes the reform of industrial structure and the development of clusters, which leads to the supply side reform of the construction of high-quality professional groups in higher vocational colleges. The integration of industry and education is the best way to promote the construction of high-quality professional groups, seek the interests between schools and enterprises,achieve win-win results, and form a breakthrough in the construction of professional groups. This paper analyzes the demand side and supply side conditions of the construction of higher vocational specialty groups, and seeks changes on the supply side to achieve a higher level of dynamic balance in which demand leads supply and supply creates demand.
