习近平法治思想融入高校涉外法治思政教育探索

Exploration on the Integration of the Xi Jinping Thought of Rule of Law into the Ideological and Political Education of Foreign Rule of Law in Colleges and Universities

习近平法治思想是我国开展涉外法治建设的理论根基,是高校涉外法治思政教育理念创新的重要依据,为构建人类命运共同体树立中国典范,为国际法治进步提供中国方案,为涉外法治教育贡献中国智慧。当前我国高校涉外法治思政教育存在对国际法治环境的复杂性认识不足、缺乏具有中国学派的全球法治理论知识、新兴国际法领域教材体系尚未建立等问题。要创新高校涉外法治思政教育理念,加强习近平法治思想在理论教学中的互动,推动习近平法治思想在第二课堂的融入,丰富习近平法治思想在实践课程中的运用。

Xi Jinping thought of rule of law is the theoretical foundation for China to carry out the construction of foreign-related rule of law. It is an important basis for the innovation of the concept of foreign-related ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It sets a Chinese example for building a community of shared future for mankind, provides a Chinese plan for the progress of international rule of law, and contributes Chinese wisdom to foreign-related rule of law education. At present, the ideological and political education of foreign-related rule of law in colleges and universities in China has some problems, such as insufficient understanding of the complexity of the international rule of law environment, lake of global legal theory knowledge with Chinese school and the establishment of emerging field of international law teaching material system. We should innovate the concept of foreign-related ideological and political education in colleges and universities,strengthen the interaction of Xi Jinping thought of rule of law in theoretical teaching, promote the integration of Xi Jinping thought of rule of law in the second classroom, and enrich the application of Xi Jinping thought of rule of law in practical courses.
