民办高校工匠精神融入教学模式探讨——以辽宁师范大学海华学院会计专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 工匠精神包括高超的技艺和精湛的技能,严谨细致、专注负责的工作态度,精雕细琢、精益求精的工作理念,以及对职业的认同感、责任感。文章借鉴河北省与山东省工匠精神教育的良好经验,结合对德国“双元制”教学模式和日本工匠习惯的分析,针对当前民办高校工匠精神与教学模式融合的现状,以培养学生工匠精神实现“知行合一”为目标,提出民办高校要弘扬与传承工匠精神,推进工匠精神融入教学模式的研究与实践中。 Craftsman spirit includes superb skills and skills, a rigorous, meticulous, dedicated and responsible work attitude, a refined and refined work concept, and a sense of professional identity and responsibility. Based on the good experience of craftsman spirit education in Hebei province and Shandong province, combined with the analysis of German "dual system" teaching mode and Japanese craftsman habits, aiming at the current situation of the integration of craftsman spirit and teaching mode in private colleges and universities, and aiming at cultivating students’ craftsman spirit and realizing the "unity of knowledge and action", this paper puts forward that private colleges and universities should carry forward and inherit craftsman spirit and promote the integration of craftsman spirit into the research and practice of teaching mode.
