摘要
小学教育资源的空间分布影响着基础教育配置的公平性,文章基于地理学空间角度,采用黑龙江省2019年小学教育资源统计数据,运用熵值法确定指标权重,通过加权求值得出省内十三个地市(区)小学教育资源配置指数,并通过相关性分析得出主要影响因素。结果表明:一是小学教育资源水平整体呈现“北高南低”的趋势,并集中连片;二是小学教育资源配置水平与城乡就业人口比重呈正相关,与人口密度呈负相关。
The spatial distribution of primary education resources affects the fairness of basic education allocation. Based on the geographical spatial perspective, this paper uses the statistical data of primary education resources in Heilongjiang province in2019, uses the entropy method to determine the index weight, calculates the allocation index of primary education resources in 13cities(districts) in the province by weighting, and obtains the main influencing factors through correlation analysis. The results show that: first, the overall level of primary education resources shows a trend of "high in the north and low in the south", and is concentrated and continuous;second, the allocation level of primary education resources is positively correlated with the proportion of urban and rural employed population, and negatively correlated with population density.
