英语绘本在英语课堂教学中的应用探析

英语绘本由图片和文字两部分组成,其特点在于图片生动有趣、文字简单易懂,对小学生而言有很大的吸引力。在英语教学中应用绘本教学,能激发学生学习兴趣,调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高教学效率和教学质量,提升学生英语核心素养。文章分析英语绘本在英语课堂教学中应用存在的问题,提出合理选择绘本、重视词汇教学、开展朗读活动、进行角色表演、开展课外阅读等策略,旨在为英语绘本在英语课堂教学中的应用提供借鉴。

English picture books are composed of pictures and words. They are characterized by vivid and interesting pictures and simple and understandable words, which are very attractive to primary school students. The application of picture book teaching in English teaching can stimulate students’ interest in learning, mobilize students’ enthusiasm and initiative in learning, improve teaching efficiency and quality, and improve students’ core English competence. This paper analyzes the application problems of English picture books in English classroom teaching, and puts forward some strategies, such as choosing picture books reasonably, paying attention to vocabulary teaching, carrying out reading activities, performing roles, and carrying out extracurricular reading, in order to provide reference for English picture books in English classroom teaching.
