教师是学校发展的第一资源,学校的发展离不开师资队伍建设。文章以广西中职计算机网络技术专业群教师为例,论述名师引领理念下教学创新团队建设的内涵,分析教学创新团队建设的意义,从教学创新团队的人员安排和团队结构、教学创新团队的激励机制和提高成员素质、加强教师教学创新团队文化建设等方面,研究名师引领理念下教学创新团队建设,旨在为名师引领理念下的中职教学创新团队建设提供参考和借鉴。

Teachers are the first resource for the development of schools, and the development of schools cannot be separated from the construction of teaching staff. Taking the teachers of the computer network technology professional group in Guangxi secondary vocational school as an example, this paper discusses the connotation of the construction of teaching innovation team under the concept of famous teachers’ guidance, analyzes the significance of the construction of teaching innovation team, and studies the construction of teaching innovation team under the concept of famous teachers’ guidance from the aspects of personnel arrangement and team structure of teaching innovation team, incentive mechanism of innovation team,improving the quality of members, and strengthening the cultural construction of teachers’ teaching innovation team, it aims to provide reference and reference for the construction of secondary vocational teaching innovation team under the concept of famous teachers.
