思政小课堂与社会大课堂融合育人路径探赜——以苏州健雄职业技术学院为例

摘要 思政小课堂是针对学生开展思想政治教育的“校园课堂”,社会大课堂则是教师和学生化知为行的“社会课堂”。这两个课堂需要紧密结合,因为思政小课堂需要社会大课堂提供实践载体,而社会大课堂则需要思政小课堂提供价值引领。两个课堂的结合存在结合机制不健全、结合程度不紧密、结合效果不显著等现实困境。苏州健雄职业技术学院从以上困境出发,遵循两个课堂融合育人理念,从制度建设、团队建设、课程建设、资源建设、阵地建设和品牌建设等六个方面展开两个课堂的融合探索。 The ideological and political small classroom is a "campus classroom" for students to carry out ideological and political education, while the social classroom is a "social classroom" for teachers and students to turn knowledge into action.These two classes need to be closely combined, because the ideological and political small class needs the social big class to provide practice carriers, while the social big class needs the ideological and political small class to provide value guidance. There are some practical difficulties in the combination of the two classes, such as the imperfect combination mechanism, the loose combination degree, and the insignificant combination effect. Starting from the above difficulties, Suzhou chien-shiung institute of technology follows the concept of two classroom integration and education, and carries out the integration and exploration of two classrooms from six aspects: system construction, team construction, curriculum construction, resource construction, position construction and brand construction.
