基于学区制管理的乡村学校教研策略思考

摘要 教学研究是乡村学校工作的难点,长期以来低效的教学研究工作阻滞了教师队伍的建设。乡村学校教研工作存在着思想认识不足、缺乏有效引领、教研方法单一、投入与产出比失调、评价方式不科学等问题。针对这些问题,探索提出构建区域和联片教研机制、深化校本教研、倡导互助共研,示范性开展专题教研活动等经验和做法,并提出机构组建、制度创建、骨干培养、经费投入等方面的保障措施,形成有利于乡村学校教研工作开展的良性机制。 Teaching research is the difficulty of rural school work, and the inefficient teaching research work has hindered the construction of teachers for a long time. There are some problems in the teaching and research work of rural schools, such as insufficient ideological understanding, lack of effective guidance, single teaching and research methods, imbalance of input-output ratio, unscientific evaluation methods and so on. In view of these problems, this paper explores and puts forward the experience and practices of building a regional and joint teaching and research mechanism, deepening school-based teaching and research, advocating mutual assistance and joint research, and exemplary carrying out special teaching and research activities,and puts forward safeguard measures in terms of institution formation, system creation, backbone training, fund investment, etc.,so as to form a benign mechanism conducive to the development of teaching and research work in rural schools.
