高职体育有利于强化大学生的体质,辅助大学生形成健康的心理。基于高职体育教学存在的问题,教师可将准军事化管理模式应用于高职体育教学中。准军事化管理模式应用于高职体育教学中有助于增强大学生的组织纪律性,培养大学生的意志品质、信念和集体意识。对此,教师可在体育教学活动中、体育必修课教学中、体育选修课教学中,积极应用准军事化管理模式,以此发挥高职体育的育人功能,促进大学生全面发展。

Higher vocational physical education is conducive to strengthening college students’ physique and helping college students form healthy psychology. Based on the problems existing in higher vocational physical education, teachers can apply the paramilitary management mode to higher vocational physical education. The application of paramilitary management mode in higher vocational physical education teaching helps to strengthen the organizational discipline of college students and cultivate their will quality, faith and collective consciousness. In this regard, teachers can actively apply the paramilitary management mode in sports teaching activities, sports compulsory courses and sports elective courses, so as to give play to the educational function of higher vocational sports and promote the all-round development of college students.
