依托区域特点深入调查研究内蒙古地区清洁能源产业——以内蒙古呼和浩特市武川县为例

Relying on Regional Characteristics, In-depth Investigation and Research on Clean Energy Industry in Inner Mongolia——Taking Wuchuan County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia as an Example

由于我国煤炭能源的市场上涨和由其引发的环境问题,国家鼓励开发利用清洁可再生的新能源,但是目前存在风电、光电“并网难”问题,原来产生的新能源输出受限,使清洁能源项目难以产生更大的经济和社会效益。因此,为深入了解内蒙古武川县清洁能源产业发展情况,多次实地就全县清洁能源生产情况进行了调研,发现了问题、发掘了亮点、受到了启发,为下一步武川县清洁能源产业的深入发展、节能减排工作提供了第一手资料。

Due to the rising market of China’s coal energy and the environmental problems caused by it, the State encourages the development and utilization of clean and renewable new energy. However, at present, there is a problem of “difficult grid connection”of wind power and optoelectronics, and the original output of new energy is limited, making it difficult for clean energy projects to produce greater economic and social benefits. Therefore, in order to deeply understand the development of clean energy industry in Wuchuan, Inner Mongolia, we have conducted research on the production of clean energy in the county for many times. Found problems, found bright spots, and been inspired. It provides first-hand information for the further development of clean energy industry and energy conservation and emission reduction in Wuchuan county.
