海南自贸港背景下旅游管理人才培养——以高职旅游英语课程思政建设与研究为例

Cultivation of Tourism Management Talents under the Background of Hainan Free Trade Port——Taking Construction and Research of Ideological and Political Education of Tourism English Course as an Example

海南国际旅游岛与海南自由贸易港的建设对旅游外语人才的需求与日俱增,从落实高校立德树人的根本任务、提高旅游管理专业人才培养质量以及传承优秀文化增强文化自信等方面出发,从旅游英语课程原有的载体和新的载体之间的区别入手,构建线上线下一体化旅游英语课程思政体系,以期实现旅游英语课程思政方法和途径上的创新,以点带面、逐步推动旅游英语课程思政体系建设,为海南自贸港乃至全国培养合格的旅游服务业人才及合格的社会主义建设者和接班人提供参考。

The construction of Hainan International Tourism Island and Hainan Free Trade Port has an increasing demand for foreign language talents in tourism.An online and offline integrated ideological and political education system of Tourism English course was built based on the implementation of the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people in colleges and universities,improving the quality of tourism management talent cultivation,inheriting excellent culture and enhancing cultural self-confidence,and combining the difference between the original carrier and the new carrier of the Tourism English course.This study not only aims to achieve the method and approach innovation of the ideological and political education of Tourism English course,but also to gradually promote the construction of the ideological and political education system of Tourism English course,so as to provide a reference for training qualified tourism service talents and qualified socialist builders and successors in Hainan Free Trade Port and even the whole country.
