高等职业教育肩负着培养高素质技能型人才的重要任务,想要实现铸魂育人、立德树人,就应从增强思想政治教育的思想性、理论性、亲和力和针对性等方面着手开展思想政治教育,其中亲和力是影响思想政治教育效果的关键。高职院校必须明确思想政治教育目标的定位,提高思想政治教育工作者的综合素养,增强思想政治教育内容的吸引力,创新思想政治教育的方式,关注学生的成长需要,提高思想政治教育亲和力,促进学生成长成才。
