摘要
我国水资源分布不均且短缺严重,为了保护水资源以及保障农林业健康可持续发展,在水利灌溉工程中采用自动化控制技术,实现农业灌溉过程的动态控制和高效管理。以海原县扬黄灌区高效节灌工程为例,严格遵循“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”的新时期治水方针,本项目从高效节水实际需求出发,坚持可靠、实用、经济、先进的原则,以物联网技术的精确感知、远程传输和智能分析等技术为支撑,在工程、信息和管理三个层面上进行有机的融合,形成具备引蓄自如的水资源调配体系、灵活适用的灌区智能化监控体系、先进高效的水利信息化体系、科学完备的水管理保障体系等功能特点的现代化灌区典范,实现“资源配置合理、灌溉高效节水、工程自动监控、决策智能高效、机制灵活可行、服务运维长效、信息全面共享”的总体目标。
The distribution of water resources in my country is uneven and the shortage is serious. In order to protect water resources and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture and forestry, automatic control technology is used in water conservancy irrigation projects to achieve dynamic control and efficient management of agricultural irrigation processes. Taking the high-efficiency and energy-saving irrigation project in Yanghuang Irrigation District of Haiyuan County as an example, it strictly follows the new era water control policy of "water saving priority, space balance, systematic governance, and two-handed efforts". This project starts from the actual needs of high efficiency and water saving, and adheres to the principles of reliability, practicality, economy and advanced. It is supported by technologies such as precise perception, remote transmission and intelligent analysis of the Internet of Things technology, and organically integrates three levels of engineering, information and management. And form a model of modern irrigation districts with functional characteristics such as a water resource allocation system that can draw and store freely, a flexible and applicable intelligent monitoring system for irrigation areas, an advanced and efficient water conservancy information system, and a scientific and complete water management guarantee system. It achieves the overall goal of “reasonable resource allocation, efficient irrigation and water saving, automatic project monitoring, intelligent and efficient decision-making, flexible and feasible mechanism, long-term service operation and maintenance, and comprehensive information sharing”.
