摘要
目的:探讨think-pair-share(TPS)模式在普外科住院医师规范化培训教学查房中的应用效果。方法:采用实验对照方法,实验组参加TPS教学查房,对照组参与常规教学查房,对比两组出科考试成绩和满意度调查结果。结果:实验组出科考成绩与整体满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:TPS教学查房应用在普外住院医师规范化培训中有助于增强课堂互动,提高其岗位胜任力。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the think-pair-share model teaching rounds in the standardized training of residents in the department of general surgery.Methods:The experimental control method was used in this research to compare the score of the theoretical test and the result of questionnaire survey between the two groups.Results:The score of the theoretical test and satisfaction of experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.01).Conclusions:The application effect of think-pair-share model teaching rounds is helpful to enhance classroom interaction and train the clinical thinking ability.
