摘要
目的:探讨PDCA联合PBL、TBL教学方法在神经外科护生带教中的应用效果。方法:选择我院神经外科实习的护生110名,根据实习的顺序分为实验组和对照组,对照组使用传统教学方式,实验组使用PDCA联合PBL、TBL教学方法,对比两组带教的效果。结果:实验组出科理论成绩和操作考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组教学满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用PDCA联合PBL、TBL教学方法可以提升神经外科护生的带教学效果,值得应用。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of PBL and TBL combined with PDCA teaching mode in teaching neurosurgery nursing students.Methods:96 nursing students were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the order of practice from September 2018 to September 2019 in the department of neurology of our hospital.The experimental group and the control group each had 48 cases.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group used PBL,TBL combined with PDCA teaching mode.Thethe teaching effect of the two groups compared.Conclusions:The scores of theory and operation examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of teaching satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:PBL,TBL combined with PDCA teaching mode can improve the teaching effect of neurosurgery nursing students,which is worthy of application.
