镍基催化剂催化工业双戊烯加氢制备对孟烷

Preparation of p-menthane by hydrogenation of industrial dipentene over nickel based catalyst

摘要 采用自制的镍基催化剂催化工业双戊烯加氢制备对孟烷,利用XRD,SEM,N_(2)吸附-脱附等方法对自制的镍基催化剂进行表征,考察了反应温度、反应压力、气态空速、氢油体积比对工业双戊烯催化加氢制备对孟烷反应的影响,并将自制镍基催化剂与同类催化剂进行性能对比。实验结果表明,自制的镍基催化剂催化工业双戊烯加氢制备对孟烷的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度210℃、反应压力6 MPa、气态空速1.5 h^(-1)、氢油体积比500,在此工艺条件下,双戊烯的转化率大于99.00%,选择性稳定在98.90%左右。与同类催化剂相比,自制的镍基催化剂具有良好的催化活性和稳定性。 p-Menthane was prepared from industrial dipentene hydrogenation with self-made nickel based catalyst.The catalyst was characterized by XRD,SEM and N_(2) adsorption-desorption.The effects of reaction temperature,pressure,GHSV and hydrogen oil volume ratio on the preparation of p-menthane from industrial dipentene catalytic hydrogenation were investigated,and the performance of self-made nickel based catalyst was compared with other similar catalysts.The experimental results showed that the optimum process conditions for the hydrogenation of industrial dipentene to p-menthane over the selfmade nickel based catalyst are as follows:reaction temperature 210℃,reaction pressure 6 MPa,GHSV 1.5 h^(-1),hydrogen oil volume ratio 500.Under these process conditions,the conversion of the reaction is more than 99.00%and the selectivity is stable at about 98.90%.Compared with other similar catalysts,the self-made nickel based catalyst has better catalytic activity and stability.
