石油焦煅烧过程的模拟实验

摘要 搭建了实验室规模的石油焦煅烧升温和挥发分逸出过程模拟实验平台,研究了石油焦煅烧过程中关键参数的分布和变化规律,以解决罐式炉煅烧石油焦无有效手段对炉内情况进行实时监测的问题,同时为石油焦煅烧过程的热力学分析和数值模拟计算提供准确的边界条件。实验结果表明,石油焦在煅烧过程中的挥发分损失率为95.00%~97.00%(w),水分损失率在98.00%(w)以上,脱硫率受石油焦硫含量和煅烧终温影响较大;随着煅烧温度的升高,石油焦内挥发分逐渐逸出,在750℃左右逸出速率达到峰值,且逸出速率峰值随石油焦粒径的减小逐渐升高。 In order to study the distribution and changeable rule of key parameters during petroleum coke calcination process,a simulation experimental platform of temperature rising and volatile matter emission with laboratory scale for petroleum coke calcination was established,which could also deal with the problem of no effective means to monitor the situation inside the vertical shaft kiln during calcination,and provide accurate boundary conditions for thermodynamic analysis and numerical simulation calculation of petroleum coke calcination process.The experimental results show that the loss rate of volatile matter in petroleum coke in the calcination process is 95.00%-97.00%(w),and the loss rate of water is more than 98.00%(w).Furthermore,the desulfurization rate is greatly affected by the sulfur content of petroleum coke and the final calcination temperature.The volatile matter in petroleum coke is gradually release with the increase of calcination temperature,and the emission rate reaches the peak at about 750℃.In addition,the maximum emission rate increases gradually with the decrease of particle size of petroleum coke.
