两性离子聚合物老化对蒙脱土性质的影响 被引量:1

Influence of zwitterionic polymer aging on the properties of montmorillonite

摘要 以丙烯酰胺和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为单体合成了一种两性离子聚合物(HPAD),利用1H NMR,IR等方法分析了HPAD的结构及在盐水中的老化性能,并研究了不同外界条件对HPAD/钠型蒙脱土悬浮液性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,在盐溶液中,当老化温度为105℃和135℃时,HPAD各基团相对较稳定;当老化温度为175℃时,HPAD各基团均发生降解,特性黏数随时间的延长快速降低。对于HPAD/钠型蒙脱土悬浮液,提高老化温度、降低pH、增加NaCl含量均导致钠型蒙脱土Zeta电位绝对值减小、颗粒粒径增大、比表面积减小;延长老化时间对蒙脱土粒径分布、Zeta电位和比表面积影响较小。 Zwitterionic polymers(HPAD)were synthesized by acrylamide and dimethylallyl ammonium chloride monomers.The structure of HPAD and its aging properties in salt solution were analyzed by 1H NMR and IR methods.The effects of different external conditions on the properties of HPAD/Na-montmorillonite suspension were studied.The experimental results showed that each group of HPAD was relatively stable in the salt solution at aging temperature of 105℃and 135℃.All groups of HPAD degraded and intrinsic viscosity decreased rapidly with the time when the aging temperature was 175℃.For HPAD/Na-montmorillonite suspension,increasing aging temperature,decreasing pH,and increasing NaCl content all led to a decrease in the absolute value of the Zeta potential,an increase in particle size,and a decrease in specific surface area.The extension of aging time had less effect on particle size distribution,Zeta potential and specific surface area.
