超支化嵌段聚醚破乳剂的合成及性能评价 被引量:2

摘要 以三乙醇胺、嵌段聚醚(SD901)和氯乙酰氯为主要原料合成了系列超支化嵌段聚醚破乳剂(PTEA-SD901),采用FTIR,1H NMR等方法对合成的破乳剂进行表征,考察了破乳剂添加量、破乳时间和温度对PTEA-SD901破乳性能的影响,并研究了破乳剂的表界面性质。表征结果显示,反应成功合成了PTEA-SD901破乳剂。实验结果表明,聚三乙醇胺与氯代嵌段聚醚摩尔比为6∶1时制得的破乳剂PTEA-SD901-6-1性能最佳,针对含水50%(w)的原油乳液(原油密度0.9625 g/cm^(3))在75℃、PTEA-SD901-6-1加量200 mg/L下,30 min脱水率可达72%。PTEA-SD901在破乳过程中会吸附至油水界面,降低油水界面膜强度,可快速促进大水滴之间的聚并,因此前期脱水速率较快。 A series of hyperbranched block polyether demulsifiers(PTEA-SD901)were synthesized from triethanolamine,block polyether(SD901)and chloroacetyl chloride.The synthesized demulsifiers were characterized by FTIR,1H NMR and other methods.The effects of adding amount of demulsifier,demulsification time and temperature on the demulsification performance of PTEA-SD901 were investigated.Besides,surface and interface properties of the demulsifier were studied.The characterization results showed that PTEA-SD901 demulsifier was successfully synthesized.The experimental results showed that the demulsifier PTEA-SD901-6-1,prepared with the mole ratio of polytriethanolamine to chlorine-block polyether was 6∶1,had the best performance.For the crude oil emulsion containing 50%(w)water(crude oil density 0.9625 g/cm^(3))at 75℃and 200 mg/L PTEA-SD901-6-1,the dehydration rate can reach 72%after 30 min.During demulsification,PTEA-SD901 will be adsorbed to the oil-water interface,reduce the strength of the film at the oil-water interface,and quickly promote the coalescence between large droplets,which make the dehydration rate rapidly reach to a considerable level at early stage.
