新型导电剂应用研究

摘要 采用介于水性与油性之间环保溶剂的新型导电剂,不改变正负极、电解液配方,制作5万只LR6电池,与传统导电剂XDL-B进行对比。经老化(60℃2 d)和储存期(71℃7 d)后,试验电池综合放电性能较对比电池分别高0.1%和0.7%;新电经过储存期(45℃30 d)后试验电池综合放电性能较对比电池低0.6%左右。结论:新型导电剂是可行的,在使用时无需加丁酮稀释,可在现有的设备上直接使用;环保型导电涂层可以替代传统导电涂层,实现无害化生产。 50000 LR6 batteries were made by using a new type of conductive agent between water-based and oil-based environmental protection solvent without changing the positive and negative electrode and electrolyte formula;comparative battery:traditional conductive agent xdl-b.Results:after aging(60℃2 d)and storage period(71℃7 d),the comprehensive discharge performance of the test battery was 0.1%and 0.7%higher than that of the comparative battery,and the comprehensive discharge performance of the test battery was about 0.6%lower than that of the contrast battery after the storage period(45℃30 d).Comparative advantages:without butanone dilution,it can be directly used on the existing equipment to reduce the environmental pressure of battery manufacturers.
