并联电池组模型简化算法及电流分布验证

摘要 随着电池技术日趋成熟,其应用的前景越来越广阔。为了获得更高的容量水平,提高整体的能量利用率,电池往往需要进行并联使用。目前常用的仿真方法将并联电池组当作大电池,忽略了电池之间的不一致性,更不能反映电池组内部的电流分布。该基于等效电路模型的简化算法适用于非均匀性并联电池,而且其适用于并联结构层数多的复杂电路。这种简化可以极大地提高仿真速度,同时在不一致的情况下保持精度。利用该算法进行的蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo)仿真得到蓄电池并联数和正态分布参数,同时分析其对电流分布的影响。 With the maturity of battery technology,the prospect of battery application is more and more broad.In order to achieve higher capacity levels and improve overall energy efficiency,batteries often need to be used in parallel.At present,the commonly used simulation methods regard the parallel battery pack as a large battery,which ignores the inconsistencies between the batteries,and cannot reflect the current distribution inside the battery pack.In this paper,a simplified algorithm based on equivalent circuit model is proposed,which is suitable for non-uniform parallel batteries and complex circuits with multiple parallel structures.This simplification can greatly improve simulation speed while maintaining accuracy in the case of inconsistencies.Monte Carlo simulation was carried out using the algorithm to obtain the parallel number and normal distribution parameters of the battery,and their influence on the current distribution was analyzed.
