摘要
本文通过采集顺逆流粮食干燥机干燥过程试验数据,分析干燥参数,建立了粮食排粮频率及出机样本含水率的在线回归预测模型。经验证该模型可有效预测粮食出机样本含水率,为工人调整玉米干燥过程中的排粮频率提供指导意见。
In this paper,the online regression prediction model of grain discharge frequency and moisture content of grain outlet samples was established by collecting the experimental data of the drying process of the counter and current grain dryer and analyzing the drying parameters.It was proved that this model can effectively predict the moisture content of grain outlet samples,and provide guidance for workers to adjust the grain discharge frequency in the drying process of corn.
