摘要
辣椒素是辣椒产生的最丰富的刺激性分子,是构成辣的重要成分,也是辣椒中的主要活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、降糖以及镇痛等作用。近年来大量研究证实辣椒素具有抗肿瘤作用,在肝癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、肾腺癌等多种肿瘤细胞及动物模型中观察到其诱导细胞凋亡、抑制血管生成、诱导细胞周期阻滞以及抑制癌细胞转移等抗肿瘤作用。本文通过检索近年来辣椒素抗肿瘤作用相关文献,综述了辣椒素对消化系统肿瘤的防治作用。
Capsaicin is the most abundant excitant molecule produced by pepper,is an important components of spicy,is also the main active ingredient in pepper,with antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic,analgesic and other effects.In recent years,a large number of studies have confirmed that capsaicin has anti-tumor effects,including inducing apoptosis,inhibiting angiogenesis,inducing cell cycle arrest and inhibiting metastasis of cancer cells in various tumor cells and animal models,such as liver cancer,breast cancer,lung cancer and renal adenocarcinoma.In this paper,the antitumor effects of capsaicin on digestive system tumors were reviewed.
