摘要
PCR检验技术在生命科学、遗传学、疾病诊断和食源性病原菌检验等方面得到了广泛的应用,具有灵敏度高、特异性强、快速简便的特点。在突发公共卫生事件时,PCR技术可以实现大批量的检验,能够在短时间内出具检验结果,为有效控制突发公共卫生事件提供有力的技术支持。由于PCR检验技术的高灵敏性,极易造成假阳性结果,为保证检验结果的准确无误,必须在实验室设置设施、仪器设备和人员管理以及试剂耗材、样本采集运输方面做好控制。
PCR detection technology has been widely used in life science,genetics,disease diagnosis,food-borne pathogen detection and other aspects,with high sensitivity,strong specificity,rapid and simple characteristics.When public health emergencies break out,PCR technology can realize large-scale inspection and produce inspection results in a short time,providing strong technical support for effective control of public health emergencies.Due to the high sensitivity of PCR test technology,it is easy to cause false positive results.In order to ensure the accuracy of test results,it is necessary to control laboratory facilities,instruments and equipment,personnel management,reagents and consumables,sample collection and transportation.
