食品工程质量及食品安全探究

Research on Food Engineering Quality and Food Safety

食品安全关乎国计民生,直接影响到人们的身体健康与生命安全,必须高度重视,但同时影响食品安全的因素较多。基于此,本文阐述了食品工程质量及食品安全的现状,分析了影响食品安全的因素,主要有微生物污染、化学物质污染、环境污染以及食品安全管理水平不足,并提出保障食品工程质量及食品安全的措施,主要从强化源头管控力度、科学控制食品添加剂、完善食品物流环节、完善法律法规以及提高食品安全意识等方面展开论述。

Food safety is related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,and directly affects people’s health and life safety.We must attach great importance to it,but at the same time,there are many factors affecting food safety.Based on this,this paper expounds the current situation of food engineering quality and food safety,analyzes the factors affecting food safety,mainly including microbial pollution,chemical pollution,environmental pollution and insufficient food safety management level,and puts forward measures to ensure food engineering quality and food safety,mainly from strengthening source control,scientifically controlling food additives,improving food logistics links perfect laws and regulations and improve food safety awareness.
