食品安全检测现存问题及对策建议

Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Inspection

近年来,食品安全事件时有发生,给社会和消费者造成了一定的损失,而食品安全检测是食品安全保障中的最后一道防线,但由于各种因素的影响,食品安全检测仍有问题亟待解决。基于此,本文介绍了食品安全检测在食品安全中的重要性及其发展现状,阐述了目前食品安全检测存在的不足,并提出相应的解决对策,为今后食品安全检测提供借鉴。

In recent years,food safety incidents have occurred from time to time,which have caused certain losses to the society and consumers,and food safety inspection is the last line of defense in food safety assurance,but due to the influence of various factors,there are still some problems to be solved.Therefore,this paper introduces the importance and development status of food safety testing in food safety,and expounds the shortcomings of current food safety testing,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for food safety testing in the future.
