摘要
本文提供了一种利用三重四极杆气质联用仪多反应离子监测模式检测3种常见邻苯二甲酸酯(Phthalate Esters,PAEs)的方法。通过对离子对、碰撞能量的筛选,获得离子对强度最大的质谱条件。实验结果表明,方法准确度、精密度满足验证的要求,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(Dibutyl Phthalate,DBP)的定量限为0.005 mg·kg^(-1),邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(Di-2-ethylhexyl Phthalate,DEHP)的定量限为0.015 mg·kg^(-1),邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(Diisopropyl Phthalate,DINP)的定量限为0.05 mg·kg^(-1)。
This article aims to provide a method for the determination of three common phthalate esters(PAEs)by multiple reaction ion monitoring mode of triple quadrupole gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The mass spectrometry with maximum ionic strength was obtained through the screening of ion pair and collision energy.The result showed the accuracy and precision of the method satisfy the method validation requirement.The quantization limit of dibutyl phthalate(DBP)was 0.005 mg·kg^(-1),the quantization limit of di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate(DEHP)and diisopropyl phthalate(DINP)were 0.015 mg·kg^(-1),0.05 mg·kg^(-1)respectively.
