Dangerous Chemicals Transportation Safety Assessment & Control Platform Based on Gaode Map API

针对目前缺乏软件对危化品运输风险进行量化分析的问题,开发了基于高德地图API的危化品运输安全管控平台。提出了以从业人员资质、运输车辆及安全设备、运输路况环境和危险风险评测控制为一级指标的危化品运输安全评估方法。实现了对危化品运输的安全风险程度的量化分析,并量化为安全风险值。

In view of the lack of software for quantitative analysis of hazardous chemicals transportation risks, a hazardous chemicals transportation safety management and control platform based on Gaode map API is developed. A safety assessment method for hazardous chemicals transportation is proposed, which takes the qualification of employees, transportation vehicles and safety equipment, transportation road conditions and environment, and risk assessment and control as the first level indicators. It realizes the quantitative analysis of the safety risk degree of hazardous chemicals transportation, and quantifies it into the safety risk value.
