摘要
在中国高等教育现代化加速到来之际,多元主体参与协商的管理模式发挥越来越重要的作用。文章以本科专业设置为研究对象,从多元主体参与协同治理的视角,在分别对高校本科专业设置多元主体(政府—高校—社会—学生)利益诉求与权力关系审视的基础上,对其权力配置进行了实践分析。基于此,构建出多元主体参与高校本科专业设置的协同机制,明确高校本科专业设置的实质应该是政府、高校、社会和学生等四者之间关系动态变化的反应,而反应的结果是要保证四者之间维持一种合理的“张力”。
With the acceleration of higher education modernization, the management mode of multiple subjects participation and consultation is playing an important roleincreasingly.From the perspective of multiple subjects participation in collaborative governance, undergraduate majors setting is the research object in this paper and it conducts a practical analysis on power allocation, on the basis of examining diverse interests and power relations of multiple subjects(Government-University-Society-Students) in undergraduate majors setting.Based on it, this paper constructs a collaborative mechanism for multiple subjects to participate in undergraduate majors setting, and makes it clear that the essence of undergraduate majors setting should be a response to the dynamic changes of the relationship among the government, colleges and universities, society and students, and maintain a reasonable “tension” between the participants.
