摘要
为深入了解教师领导力的国际研究进展,以文献计量学、引文分析法和内容分析法为主要研究方法,以可视化软件CiteSpace为主要分析工具,对近二十年国际教师领导力研究的文献进行分析。结果发现,近二十年国际上关于教师领导力的研究整体呈稳步上升趋势,研究的知识基础集中在研究综述、变革型领导力、教学领导力、分布式领导力以及专业学习共同体方面,研究热点主要集中在教师领导力的内涵、影响因素、实践意义、发展模型以及教师领导力的培养方面,研究趋势主要体现在研究主题走向多元化、概念模型不断重构、理论基础不断扩展、研究方法逐渐多样化。未来应继续加强教师领导力的实证研究,基于教师教育一体化的视野观照教师领导力的培养,重视教育政策、教师教育机构和校长在教师领导力发展中的作用。
In order to deeply understand the international research progress of teacher leadership,this paper takes bibliometrics,citation analysis and content analysis as the main research methods,and CiteSpace as the main analysis tool to analyze the literature of international teacher leadership research in the past two decades.The results found that the overall internationalresearch on teacher leadership showed a steady upward trend in the past two decades.The knowledge base of teacher leadership research focused on research reviews,transformational leadership,instructional leadership,distributed leadership,and professional learning communities.The research hotspots mainly focusedon the connotation,influencing factors,practical significance,development model and cultivation of teacher leadership.The research trend wasmainly reflected in the diversification of research topics,the continuous reconstruction of conceptual models,the continuous expansion of theoretical foundations,and the gradual diversification of research methods.In the future,we should continue to strengthen the empirical research on teacher leadership,care about the cultivation of teacher leadership from the perspective of the integration of teacher education,and pay attention to the roles of educational policies,teacher education institutions and principals in the development of teacher leadership.
