基于AHP-熵值法的硕士研究生科研绩效评价研究

Research on Postgraduates’Scientific Research Performance EvaluationBased on AHP-Entropy Weight Method

研究生科研绩效是其科研能力、科研行为以及科研成果的综合反映,科学客观地评价研究生科研绩效是当前高校管理工作亟须关注的重点问题。研究生科研绩效的评价以立德树人为根本,注重过程评价、探索增值评价。文章基于Kirkpatrick评估模型,结合专家咨询和文献分析,利用AHP(层次分析法)和熵值法进行组合赋权,构建涵盖自身投入、科研能力等4个一级指标、13个二级指标和若干三级指标的研究生科研绩效评价指标体系,将指标体系进行定点实践应用,进而提出构建“点—线—面”科研绩效管理模式、推进“激励—保障—落实”三位一体联动、“推动创新人才内涵式发展,促进学术素养螺旋式上升”的针对性建议。

The performance of postgraduate scientific research is a comprehensive reflection of its scientific research ability,scientific research behavior and scientific research achievements,and the scientific and objective evaluation of postgraduate scientific research performance is the key issue that needs to be paid attention to in the management of colleges and universities.The evaluation of postgraduate scientific research performance is fundamental to cultivating moral behavior,paying attention to process evaluation and exploring value-added evaluation.Based on Kirkpatrick evaluation model,combined with expert consultation and literature analysis,the research uses analytic hierarchy process method and the entropy weight method to combine empowerment,build a system of 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and several three-level indicators covering their own input,scientific research ability,etc.,and put forward the construction of“point-line-face”scientific research performance management model,promote“incentive-guarantee-implementation”trinity,promote the connotative development of innovative talents,to promote the academic literacy spiral of targeted recommendations.
