积极心理学视角下大学生积极人格培养问题探究

Research on College Students’Positive Personality Cultivation from Perspective of Positive Psychology

大学生的人格培养已成为高校育人的一项重要任务。文章以积极心理学为视角,从分析大学生的积极人格培养出发,通过“学校建立健全大学生积极人格培养机制”“教师树立积极教育理念,加强学生的积极体验”“大学生树立积极的自我认知,进行积极的自我教育”等三个方面,促进大学生积极人格的养成。

The cultivation of college students’personality has become an important task of college education.From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper analyzes the cultivation of college students’positive personality,and promotes the cultivation of college students’positive personality through three aspects:the establishment of a sound mechanism for cultivating college students’positive personality,the establishment of a positive educational concept by teachers to strengthen students’positive experience,and the establishment of positive self-awareness by students to carry out positive self-education.
