摘要
习近平法治思想融入高校思政课教学,既是贯彻落实党的十九大及十九届历次全会精神、建设现代化法治中国的政治要求和现实需求,也是实现立德树人根本任务、培养担当民族复兴使命的时代新人的内在要求和根本保障。习近平法治思想有着深刻的历史逻辑、理论逻辑与实践逻辑。在推进习近平法治思想融入高校思政课教学过程中,存在教师主体法学专业性欠缺、教学内容设置不够系统深入、教学方式和教学手段僵化单一的现实障碍。要激发教师主体能力,夯实“全员”育人基础;提升课程客体吸引力,形成“全过程”育人局面;推进思政介体创新力,构建“全要素”育人模式;打造校园环体活力,构建“全方位”育人生态。
The integration of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law into the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is to meet the political requirements and practical needs of implementing the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the previous plenary sessions thereof,and to build a modern China under the rule of law.It is the inner requirements and fundamental guarantees of cultivating the newcomers of the times to accomplish the Great Revival of China.It embodies deep theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.To promote the integration of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law into the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,it is necessary to stimulate the teaching staff’s ability and consolidate the foundation of“all-staff”education;as well as to enhance the attractiveness of curriculum and cultivate a“whole process”and“all-round”education ecology.
