Research on the Institutional Guarantee of Practicing Socialist Core Values

培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,发挥社会主义核心价值观的文化引领、价值塑造和社会整合功能,不能仅仅停留于宣传倡导层面,必须深入到制度规范层面。当前,随着国家治理现代化的不断推进,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观制度保障不断呈现出向上、向好的态势,但仍面临制度体系不完善、宣传渠道未能与制度保障形成合力、制度执行不到位等问题。进一步推进社会主义核心价值观落细落小落实,必须健全社会主义核心价值观践行的制度保障体系,推进形成主体牵引、共识培育、环境驱动的良好格局,提高社会主义核心价值观的制度执行力。

To cultivate and practice the socialist core values, and give play to the functions of the socialist core values, i.e.cultural guidance, value shaping and social integration, the measurement of propaganda and advocacy is far from enough, while institutional norms are needed. At present, with the continuous advancement of the modernization of national governance, the institutional guarantee for cultivating and practicing socialist core values continues to show an upward and positive trend.However, there are still problems such as the imperfect system, the unsuccessful cooperation of publicity channels with the institutional guarantee, and the inadequate implementation of the system. Therefore, it is a must to improve the institutional guarantee system, to promote the formation of a good social pattern and to optimize the institutional execution of socialist core values, in order to further implement the socialist core values meticulously.
